A phishing campaign, primarily using WhatsApp, is currently underway. It aims to steal confidential information or to trick our customers into making fraudulent payments.
ℹ️ PRECAUTIONS TO TAKE
• Be aware of the method of communication used (Nantes Camping never communicates via WhatsApp)
• Do not click on links in a suspicious message (and do not open attachments in a suspicious email).
• Never disclose passwords, verification codes or bank details in response to an unusual request.
• Verify any request for payment or a change to your bank details with your usual contacts, using a number you already know.
• If in doubt, contact us directly via the usual channels.
