HEALTH PASS

 

Access to the campsite and to your accommodation or pitch is not subject to the presentation of a health pass.

CHARTER OF NANTES CAMPING IN 8 POINTS

 

Nantes Camping is committed to:

 

♣ Respect all the recommendations of the health authorities when dealing with COVID-19, in terms of cleaning, respect for barrier gestures, protective measures and distance.

 

♣ Communicate the preventive measures to be implemented in the face of the risks of transmission of COVID-19, to employees and customers of Nantes Camping.

 

♣ Train employees in barrier gestures and health standards and provide them with protective Equipment.

 

♣ Offer hydroalcoholic gel to customers and staff in common areas, and invite everyone to use it systematically.

 

♣ Reinforce the cleaning and disinfection of accommodation and common areas with cleaning-disinfection products and ensure ventilation of the mobile home before the accommodation is made available.

 

♣ Simplify the arrival procedures with the “fast check-in” in order to limit the length of time at the campsite reception.

 

♣ Apply the sanitary control plan in catering in accordance with the recommendations of the health authorities (subcontractor)

 

♣ Apply the risk management protocol in the event of a suspected contagion to COVID-19 in a client or an employee in accordance with the recommendations of the health authorities.

 

 

The areas covered by these 10 points are:

 

♦ All of the activities carried out on the campsite (accommodation, reception, cleaning and entertainment).                           

 

♦ Analysis of flows and circulation, spaces, organizational, human and material protocols.                                                            

 

♦ Communication with customers, employees, subcontractors, stakeholders and suppliers.                                                         

 

♦ Maintenance over time of procedures, or even of a new health culture.                                                                                           

 

IN PRACTICE

RECEPTION

 

Layout
Creation of a second reception desk and installation of protective plexiglass.
Development of an outdoor waiting area with the installation of a hand basin and the provision of soap and hydroalcoholic gel.
Implementation of traffic and spacing signage aimed at respecting social distances.

Cleaning
Every morning from 8h to 9h, cleaning protocol and total disinfection of the reception every day before opening

 

Protective measures

Hand cleaning before entering the campsite reception.

 

SANITARY BLOCKS

 

Facilities
Closure of 1 urinal out of 2 (showers and sinks have the space necessary to respect social distances).
Installation of traffic and spacing signage.

Cleaning
Every day from 6 am to 8 am, and from noon to 1.30 pm protocol for cleaning and total disinfection of the sanitary facilities.

Protective measures
Hand washing with soap and / or hydroalcoholic gel before entering the toilet block.

RENTALS

 

Cleaning
Ventilation of the cottage before and during cleaning
Reinforced cleaning protocol (minimum 1 hour per cottage)
Traditional cleaning of the entire cottage + disinfection of contact areas with a virucidal disinfectant and dry steam.
Disinfection of cleaning equipment between each cottage.

Protective measures
Hand cleaning, wearing disposable gloves and masks for cleaning personnel.
HACCP training for cleaning staff
