What is the origin of the name?
In 1897, the young schoolboy, Firmin Bouisset, becomes the promotional figurehead for the biscuit company LU on all advertising posters of the day. 86 years later, the company is inspired to create Le Petit Écolier. This unique cake is made up of a LU biscuit and a thin bar of chocolate.
